You authorise Corporate Business Loans, and/or our partners and lenders to conduct when necessary, hard* or soft credit checks on you or your business, its partners, directors, guarantors and any associates involved in the application for finance, *(hard credit checks only conducted with prior notification).

- Business Finance Application Processes
a) Submitting An Application
By submitting an application for the purpose of obtaining business finance you agree to provide any further information requested to expedite efficient processing of your application in a timely manner agreed with between you and your case manager.
b) During The Application Process
If at any stage you wish to cancel your application, please notify admin@businessloansltd.co.uk or call 01904 236262.
When borrowing larger sums, the application may require financial information from multiple stakeholders. If applicable, we may ask for a £295 administrative fee to process your application, agreed in advance with you or your company representative.
c) Successful Application
If your application for business finance is successful, we will provide the following information in *writing and/or by email:
- Your finance offer
- The Interest rate
- Repayment schedule
- Any interest due
- Any applicable fees
- Your requested authorisation to proceed with the finance offer
NB All interest rates, repayments and arrangement fees (if any) are discussed upfront prior to arranging the finance.
*For Little Business Loans, funds are authorised at an onsite meeting with your loan manager at your place of business.
- Website Agreement
By using the Website, you are agreeing to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we use personal data we collect from you with respect to GDPR compliance and how we use cookies. If you do not agree to these Terms you must cease using the Website.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
